Mission
As an Partnerships specialist at Poppins, you’ll play a key role in scaling our sharing marketplace. You’ll help us grow our network of rental shops and partners, support the success of our users, and keep internal operations running smoothly. If you’re hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to learn how a startup scales from the inside, we’d love to hear from you.
1. Partnerships & Business Development (80%)
- Source, reach out, cold call/visit in-store, , and onboard new rental shops, local businesses, and any other kind of rental partners to join the Poppins platform.
- Support relationship management with existing partners and help them succeed on the platform.
- Help structure scalable onboarding processes and partner toolkits.
- Track partnership activity and surface insights to guide future growth.
2. Operations & Customer Success (20%)
- Be the first line of support for users delivering quick, human, and helpful answers via email, chat, app, or social media.
- Identify user pain points and help advocate for fixes or improvements internally.
- Assist in documenting playbooks, FAQs, and workflows to help users and the team.
- Support internal operations across logistics, inventory, user flow testing, and process improvements.
3. Team Collaboration & Special Projects
- Collaborate with the team on experiments to improve our sourcing, logistics, and local footprint.
- Pitch in on growth and marketing initiatives linked to partnerships.
- Bring structure and initiative spot inefficiencies and propose better ways of doing things.
You’re a fit if you:
- Love connecting with people and building win-win relationships:You're not afraid to pick up your phone or visit stores in person to genuinely connect with shop owners and inspire them to join Poppins
- Are curious, self-starting, and eager to learn how things work behind the scenes
- Communicate clearly and naturally, both in writing and conversation
- Confident with tools like Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets, CRM tool.
- Are organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Native French speaker & fluent in English
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked in business development, field sales, operations, customer support, or events
- You’ve used Intercom, Hubspot/Attio, Notion or other operational tools
- You’re data-savvy.
