Mission
As an intern sitting at the intersection of marketing, community & customer success, your role is to bring the Poppins spirit to life, online and offline.
1. Community & Brand Engagement
- Bring the Poppins Club to life: co-create, plan, and coordinate community content (UGC campaigns, challenges, meet-ups, etc.) designed to spark engagement and fuel local growth across key French cities.
- Manage Poppins Club Communications (emails, group chats…)
- Organise & support local micro-events and community initiatives
- Collect feedback from users and translate insights into ideas for our product and brand
2. Customer Experience & Support
- Reply to all support messages (app, email, chat, social media)
- Ensure fast, helpful, human responses across all channels
- Help document FAQs and recurring issues to improve self-serve support
- Stay close to the user: identify pain points and advocate for improvements
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and planning Poppins Club related content for Instagram, blog, and newsletter
- Contribute to brainstorms and creative thinking with the team
You’re a fit if you:
- Love people and are curious about how communities grow and thrive
- Are a great communicator, in both writing and conversation
- Are structured and autonomous, but collaborative by nature
- You are a French native and fluent in English
- Want to learn about marketing, community, customer experience
Bonus points if:
- You’ve used Intercom or handled customer support before
- You’ve organized events or led community activities
- You have an eye for visuals and basic design skills (Figma, Canva, etc)

User verification: From registration, every member goes through a validation step to ensure the reliability of our community.
Mutual reviews (coming soon!): After each exchange, lenders and borrowers can review each other to build trust and highlight good practices 🌟
Reporting system: Any issues? You can report problems or inappropriate behavior directly through the app. We’re here to step in quickly.

All items shared via Poppins are insured, and we’re committed to repairing or replacing them if necessary.
Each case is handled individually to verify the insurance’s applicability (see the terms of use).
In the case of suspected theft, our team will analyze the case and take appropriate measures.
