Whether it's a mobility, kitchen or DIY tools, or books, we believe urban life is more sustainable when we own less but share more. Launched 10 months ago, we are expanding fast, launching in 15 cities this year. To make this shift a reality, we need more than just "noise"; we need a seamless, magical experience for every member of our community.
The Mission: Scale the Magic
As our Operations & CX Intern, you are the bridge between a bold vision and a flawless user reality. You’ll be closest to the users who will make or break Poppins sucess; you are hacking growth, automating friction, and ensuring our expansion is as seamless as it is fast. You’ll work directly with the founders to turn Poppins into a household name.
Your Impact:
- User Success Mastery: Be the voice of Poppins. You’ll turn every interaction into a "wow" moment, transforming users into lifelong brand ambassadors.
- Hyper-Growth & Outreach: Help us conquer 15 new cities. You will support our expansion through proactive cold outreach and local partnerships to seed new markets.
- Operational Engineering: Build the city-launch playbook. You’ll coordinate logistics and inventory, ensuring Poppins "just works" the moment we land in a new city.
- Strategic Insights: You are the eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll translate user feedback into actionable data for our Customer Experinece and Marketing teams.
