What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a visionary, and hands-on, CMO to lead the strategy, execution, and team that will bring Poppins to millions. This is not your average marketing leadership role. We’re building a consumer movement, scaling a marketplace, and shifting mindsets around ownership, sustainability, and access.

- 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role with experience managing high-performing teams
- Proven experience in marketplaces or consumer-facing platforms, ideally in the mobile/app ecosystem
- Solid knowledge of mobile attribution and app-specific metrics; ability to collaborate closely with product and tech teams and understand their challenges and roadmap
- Strong performance marketing expertise: you’ve built scalable growth machines with clear unit economics and funnel intelligence
- Track record of building loved brands that blend cultural relevance with data-driven results
- Background in startup and hyperscale environments, with speed, and constant iteration
- A hands-on mindset: Together with our current Marketing Manager, you’ll be close to the work and rolling up your sleeves until the team scales.
- Knowledge and experience in cutting edge growth tools, tactics and channels including CRM strategies and tools (e.g., lifecycle messaging, retention, segmentation)
- Native French speaker with professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus
- A balance of strategic thinking and executional drive, capable of steering high-level vision while owning channel-level results when needed
- Purpose-driven, impact-oriented, and ready to build a new kind of economy
