What should I do if an item is damaged, not returned, or stolen?

Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly, but if there’s an issue, don’t panic! Follow these steps:

Contact our Poppins support team within 3 days of the scheduled return date. We’re here to help 📨

All items shared via Poppins are insured, and we’re committed to repairing or replacing them if necessary.

Each case is handled individually to verify the insurance’s applicability (see the terms of use).In the case of suspected theft, our team will analyze the case and take appropriate measures.
